First met Heath when we moved into a new property in 2002 when it turned out a switch we didn’t know about had been flipped turning off our downstairs AC - Heath showed us, flipped the switch and said ‘have a nice day’ - no service fees - just a thoughtful human being who didn’t take advantage. "Fantastic experience. I worked with John who is just the best! Our A/C unit was old and we were starting to have problems with it so I got 3 estimates from different companies to replace the unit and we really liked everything about the Alief estimate as well as liking John's presentation. He explained everything to us and the crew that installed the unit was great and friendly and polite. I had a question and called them last night after hours and within a few minutes someone called me back. And first thing this morning someone called me and told me John would be at my house between 9 and 9:30 to make a minor adjustment and he was here right on time. "We have been using Alief Ultra Mechanical for many years. In our experience, they have always been responsive, professional and caring. We had a new upstairs A/C unit installed last year and the new system has worked great. We did have an issue with mice chewing up the wiring for the temperature sensors outside in the condenser. Our primary tech, Jeremy, knew how to solve this for us. Hours after completing that repair, we experienced a sudden loss of A/C with the downstairs unit, just as the temps outside were getting up to 100ºF. Ultra Mechanical got Jeremy out the same day. He diagonosed the issue, and it wasn't the A/C. Turned out that the Generac SMM module had failed. So we had to get our electrician out to replace that unit. Jeremy stayed in touch with us throughout to be sure we got our A/C back on line before the weekend. Observing Jeremy service our units, he strives to make his repairs and adjustments the right way, not taking short cuts that could lead to future issues. Jeremy also gives clear explanations on what he's doing and solid advice on the care of our system With support by service professionals like Jeremy and their customer focused office staff, Alief Ultra Mechanical remains our go to provider for our A/C system."
